削茧机研制初报
Preliminary Report on A Cocoon Cutting Machine
【摘要】 削茧机改手工削茧为机械削茧。采用弹簧控制自动开合夹具、圆盘旋转送茧、蚕茧在垂直偏水平 40°时高速切削等技术 ,使蛹体在垂直向下时脱出 ,随后驱壳而实现自动切削和蛹壳分离。蚕种场试用 ,其削茧速度可达10kg/h ,伤蛹率低于手工削茧。
【Abstract】 A cocoon cutting machine has been developed in order to cut cocoon by machine instead of by manual operation.The openning and shutting of the fixtures is controlled by springs automatically.The cocoon is transported by spinning plate and cut at an angle of 40 degrees.Pupae drops down at the vertical position.The cutting speed is 10 kg/h and the rate of harmed pupae is lower than that of manual operation.
