在固态合成过程中相变化的监测
MONITORING OF PHASE CHANGE IN SOLID STATE SYNTHESIS
【摘要】 用实时测量介电损耗的方法研究了氧化物SrFeCo0.5Oy和LiMn2O4的固相合成过程,结果表明,在固相合成过程中,材料的介电损耗突变点对应材料中相的变化.材料介电损耗的变化对应固相合成过程中材料相含量的相对变化.实时测量材料在合成过程中的介电损耗是得到性能优异材料的重要手段之一.
【Abstract】 Measuring dielectric loss of material is used to monitor and study the process of general solid phase synthesis. The sample was characterized by XRD and the process of general solid phase synthesis was monitored by DTA. The variation of dielectric loss of SrFeCo0.5Oy, and LiMn2O4 with temperature corresponds to the change of phase in general solid phase synthesis process. More informations about change of phase in the process of general solid phase synthesis can be obtained from dielectric loss spectra than that from DTA.
