【摘要】 对波尔山羊精液进行 10 0 0r/min、2 0 0 0r/min、30 0 0r/min、4 0 0 0r/min离心处理 ,用含葡萄糖、柠檬酸钠、EDTA和卵黄的稀释液代替精清 ,在 4℃下保存 ,每隔 12小时检测一次精子活率和精子顶体完整率。结果表明 :在这四种离心处理中以 10 0 0r/min处理效果最好 ,生存指数和保存4 8小时后的精子活率显著优于其它离心处理 (P <0 0 1) ,精子顶体完整率显著高于其它三种离心处理 (P <0 0 1) ,精子的存活时间达到 90小时 ,精子顶体完整率、精子活率和生存指数随着离心转数的增加而下降更多还原
