【Abstract】 The winter buds of 7 varieties of mulberry preserved by the Key Sericultural Laboratory of the Ministry of Agriculture, Southwest Agricultural University were used as explants and cultured under the same conditions so as to investigate the difference among them in their growth, multiplication, rooting and infection resistance. As a result, Guimao 19 turned out to be the best of the varieties studied, thus laying a good foundation for future rapid propagation of mulberry plants and transgenic studies involving the technology of tissue culture.更多还原
