烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体表层氧化行为的研究
Study on Oxidizing Behavior of the Surface Layer of Nd-Fe-B Sintered Magnet
【摘要】 烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体的富氧表层导致在磁体的退磁曲线上表现出明显的台阶特征。由于富氧层中存在大量用普通显微镜无法分辨的弥散氧化物以及由主相分解生成的弥散的α-Fe等其它软磁性相,使得磁体的富氧层中显微组织之间的分界线变得很模糊,并造成富氧层与正常组织之间产生显微裂纹。
【Abstract】 The oxygen-rich layer of Nd-Fe-B sintered magnet is responsible for the typical step of the demagnetization curve of the magnet. Within the oxygen-rich layer, there exist large amounts of dispersed oxides and soft magnetic phases such as α-Fe formed by the decomposing of main phase, which cannot be distinguished by ordinary microscopy. As a result, the grain boundaries come out blurring, and micro-cracks form between oxygen-rich layer and the normal microstructures.
