基因芯片技术及其应用
Gene chip technology and application
【摘要】 随着人类基因组计划的逐步实施 ,分子生物学发展到一个新的高度 ,基因芯片技术也开始蓬勃发展起来。基因芯片技术可以对大量的遗传信息进行高效、快速的检测 ,从而解决了传统的遗传信息检测中遇到的诸多技术难题 ,使样品检测效率大大提高。目前 ,基因芯片技术已在基因表达谱测定、突变检测、多态性分析、基因组文库构建以及杂交测序等领域得到广泛的应用
【Abstract】 With the gradually accomplishment of the human genome project, molecular biology has developed to a new height, and at the same time, gene chip technology developed rapidly. As gene chip can efficiently and speedily detect a great many of genetic information, which resolved many problems encountered in conventional genetic detection, and made the efficiency of test improved greatly too. At present, gene chip technique has applied generally in many study fields, such as detection of gene expression, mutation test, polymorphous analysis, genome library construction and hybridization sequencing and so on.
