【Abstract】 With the gradually accomplishment of the human genome project, molecular biology has developed to a new height, and at the same time, gene chip technology developed rapidly. As gene chip can efficiently and speedily detect a great many of genetic information, which resolved many problems encountered in conventional genetic detection, and made the efficiency of test improved greatly too.
