【Abstract】 In this article,the authors propose a proposal concerning the perfection and innovation of private house accumulative fund system on the bases of studying the problem which is in persent private house accumulative fund system.The suggestion is that in the present accumulative situation the policy should accord to people′s income level,and loan is directly by the agency of the administration center of private house accumulative fund and financial institution.What′s more,the payment measures are diverse.
