【摘要】 作者研制了一种通用的阻容元件微机自动测试系统 ,数据采集采用 80 31单片机 ,上位机采用PC机 ,用VB6 0的通讯控件实现与 80 31的数据通讯 ,良好的人机工作界面及数据处理采用汇编和VB6 0编程实现。该系统具有测试精度高、测量范围宽、测试能力大、使用维护简单、成本低等特点 ,其测试原理不仅适用于阻容元件 ,而且仅需改变采集电路 ,便可用于其他类型元件的测量更多还原

【Abstract】 The author expoited a type of automatic testing system of general RC-component by the computer.The system takes 8031 chip as data acquisition system and computer as epistemic computer.Interface,data processing and data communication between PC and 8031 by VB6.0 and compilation language.It has high precision,wide testing range,efficient testing,simple maintenance and low cost.The principle can be service not only RC-component but also testing of other component, when the circuit of acquisition system.更多还原
