冬小麦品种干旱诱导蛋白的研究

【摘要】 为了给干旱地区小麦育种工作提供理论依据 ,选用了 8种抗旱性不同的冬小麦品种 ,对干旱诱导条件下小麦旗叶和子粒蛋白质在不同生长发育时期的变化情况进行了研究 ,并讨论蛋白质的变化与小麦品种抗旱性的关系。结果表明 :①抗旱和抗旱高产品种在拔节期 76 5kD和 6 8 7kD两条带显著增强 ,不抗旱品种只有 6 8 7kD一条带显著增强。拔节期这一特征可为旱地小麦品种选育提供理论参考。②在大田自然水分胁迫下 ,各品种多表现为蛋白质带增强 ,极少数出现新的蛋白质带 ;同一品种在不同生育时期干旱诱导蛋白种类有较大变化 ,分子量呈现以 76 5kD蛋白带为中心先升后降的趋势。品种间的变化类似

【Abstract】 Eight winter wheat cultivars with different drought resistance abilities are selected in the research, and the change of protein of winter wheat flag-leaves and seeds under the condition of drought stress is studied.At the same time,the relationship between the change and the drought-resistance ability is also studied.The result shows that: 1) Under the natural water stress condition, most cultivars haven′t shown any new bands but enhanced in some ones instead. The molecule weight has a trend of rising at first and then falling with 76.5 kD protein-band as center. 2) Two protein bands of 76.5 and 68.7 kD are enhanced dramatically in jointing-stage in drought-resistant and drought-resistant-and-high-yield cultivars, and there is only one protein band enhanced obviously in 68.7 kD in the cultivars that are sensitive to drought.So the jointing-stage can be used for the selection and breeding of dry-land wheat cultivars.
