【摘要】 以 2 0年生鸭梨为试材 ,研究了水杨酸 (SA)对鸭梨幼果酚类物质代谢的调节作用。结果表明 ,外源喷施 0 0 2mmoL LSA ,提高了苯丙氨酸解氨酶 (PAL)的活性 ,抑制过氧化物酶 (POD)活性 ;并且能明显抑制木质素和果点的形成 ,降低石细胞团的密度及大小 ,其机制是通过抑制过氧化物酶 (POD)活性实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regulation of phenolics metabolization by SA spraying were studied.The results showed that compared with the control,PAL activity was stimulated and POD activity was inhibited in the treatment of 0 02 mmol/L SA spraying;the lignin content,fruit spot number,stone cell density and diameter of 0 02 mmol/L SA spraying fruit decreased 20 24%,45 79%,32 35% and 38 89%.The lignin content decrease was related to POD activity reduction and had nothing with PAL activity更多还原
