热应激对肉用种公牛精液品质及血清生化指标的影响
The Influence of heat stress on semen quality and serum biochemical indexon beef breeding bull
【摘要】 用利木赞种公牛和夏洛来种公牛各 5头为试验牛 ,研究了热应激对其精液品质及血清生化指标的影响。结果表明 :(1)夏季热应激期原精活力、冻精活力、活精子百分数、顶体完整率均处于最低水平。 (2 )夏季肉用种公牛的血清睾酮、T3、LH、皮质醇的含量分别为 4 15pg mL、 1 11pg mL、 4 8 12pg mL、 4 89pg mL ,极显著低于春、秋、冬 3个非热应激季节 (P <0 0 1)。 (3)肉用种公牛夏季血糖含量最低 ,与春、秋、冬 3个非热应激季节相比分别下降 38 3% (P <0 0 1)、 12 1% (P <0 0 1)、 19 9% (P <0 0 1)。 (4)夏季热应激期肉用种公牛血清钠、钾、钙、镁均处于最低水平 ,显著低于非热应激季节。 (5 )肉用种公牛夏季血清GPT、GOT活性最高 ,分别为 33 5 5U L和 75 39U L ,而血清CK则处于较低的水平
【Abstract】 Limousin bulls and 5 Charolais bulls were used to examine the influences of heat stress on semen quality and blood biochemical parameters. The results showed that: (1) In heat stress period, semen motility, percentage of motile sperm and percentage intact acrosome were at the lowest level ( P< 0 01) (2) Compared with non heat stress period, the mean concentrations of blood serum testosterone (4 15 pg/mL), T 3 (1 11 pg/mL), LH (48.12 pg/mL), cortisol (4 89 pg/mL) were at the lowest level ( P< 0 01) (3) Compared with spring, autumn and winter, the blood sugar was decreased by 38 3%?12 1% and 19 9% ( P< 0 01) (4) During heat stress period, the serum sodium? potassium? calcium and magnesium were at the lowest level compared with non heat stress period (5) In summer, the serum GPT(33 55 U/L) and GOT(75 39 U/L) were at the highest level, but serum CK(47 92 U/L) were on the contrary.
