果用型银杏品种叶绿素荧光特性的研究

【摘要】 对 4个银杏品种的叶绿素荧光动力学测定结果表明 :银杏不同品种间的荧光参数存在差异。洞庭皇的叶绿素含量和Fv Fm、qn 高于其他品种 ,说明洞庭皇有较高的PSⅡ功能和碳同化能力。在不同枝类中 ,新梢叶片的叶绿素含量和Fv Fm 、Fv Fo、Fm Fo 高于 1、 2年生短枝叶片的值 ,无果短枝叶片的Fm Fo、Fv Fo、Fv Fm 大于有果短枝 ,而qn 小于有果短枝 ,表明果实可影响叶片的叶绿素荧光特性。

【Abstract】 The chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics of 4 Ginkgo cultivars was studied. The results showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of 4 Ginkgo cultivars were different. The chlorophyll contents and the values of F v/F m?q n, were higher in Dongtinghuang than those in other cultivars. This revealed that the PSⅡ potential activity in the leaves of Dongtinghuang was high. The chlorophyll fluorescence contents and the values F v/F m,F v/F o,F m/F o were higher in extending shoots than in one or two years old shoots. The values of F v/F m?F v/F o?F m/F o in spurs not bearing fruit were higher than those in spurs bearing fruit, but the values of q n was higher in spurs bearing fruit. This indicated that the fruit could influence the chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of spurs leaves.
