滚动轴承故障诊断虚拟仪器系统

【摘要】 针对目前国内轴承振动测量仪不能识别轴承异常声的问题 ,设计了一种新的轴承故障诊断仪器系统。该系统除集成了现有轴承振动测量仪的所有功能 ,并进行了功能扩展。介绍了噪声与振动之间的关系、仪器系统的设计方案和系统的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Aiming at that the bearing vibration measure instrument in our country can’t indentify the abmomal sounds of the bearing, the new instrument system has been designed for bearing failure diagnosis. The system not only has functions, which hold by various bearing vibration instruments at present, but also has other functions. The relation of noise and vibration and design scheme of the instrument system are introduced. The practical example of the system is given. The results show that this system has high practical value and applicable foreground.
