【Abstract】 The character of semi-colonial,semi-feudal society and revolutionary task in modern China determined that China’s remoulding of the national character not only concerned the fate of China’s revolution and construction but also would serve as a measurable criterion of the historical value of a political party as well.The arduous task historically fell to the CPC who shouldered the responsibility in the course of history by combining the common truth of Maxism and specific conditions of Chinese revolution,continuously improving CPC’s art of leadership and ruling ability,enhancing idealogical morality and science and culture quality of the whole nation,leading Chinese revolution and socialist modernization to great victory.
