【摘要】 1998年金融危机之后 ,为了尽快克服危机和发展经济 ,俄政府推行了经济自由化战略 ,内容涉及参与经济全球化、改善投资环境、调整经济结构、推进社会保障体系改革、增加市场运作的透明度等方面。但是就俄罗斯目前的经济状况而言 ,要实现这一战略还存在诸多限制 ,如宏观经济形势不稳定、经济结构失衡、积累低水平、科技和设备落后、经济封闭以及政府在宏观调控方面表现出来的软弱性等。所以经济自由化战略的推行是一个长期的过程更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to overcome finanical difficulties and promote economic development after the crisis of 1998,the Russian government adopts the economic liberalization strategy which covers the participation in economic globalization, the improvement of investment environment, the adjustment of economic structure, the further reformation of social welfare and insurance system, increase of the transparency of market operation and other measures. However, in view of the current economic status of Russia, there are still many restrictions in the realization of this strategy, namely, the instability of macro economic situation, imbalance of economic structure, low level of accumulation, backward science and technology equipments, economic confinement, incapability of the government in macro control, etc. Therefore the application of the economic liberalization strategy is a long and hard process.更多还原
