【Abstract】 The Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education. Its fundamental task is to develop higher technical and applied talents and its aim is to adapt to the social needs. After China’s, entry into the WTO, the changes of economic structure have led to the adaptation of vocational structure, which requires enhancing the training of technical and applied talents. In order to adapt to the competition of international talents, the work of training talents in the higher vocational education must be guided as the educational concept, set up the modern educational concept, lay stress on the quality education and establish the international concept. Also, it should regard reform as its core, teaching basic construction as its key point and attach importance to improving quality so as to develop the talents of high quality who have distinct characteristics, modem concepts and competitive abilities in the international talent market.更多还原
