【Abstract】 This articie believes that higher education industrialization is not equal to commercialisation.Higher education does not reject the public interests.It is the unity of industrialization and public interests.So it also has the quality of socialist education.The final purpose of socialist education is the comprehensive development of human race . However ,the development of the education is always limited by economy,policy and culture .So nowadays ,the concrete aim and purpose of higher education is to cultivate comprehensively developed and qualified talents for different professions.
