【Abstract】 In the process of urbanization,human being central principle and environment priority were set as guidance of building Zhangjiagang, a green city in the future.Emphases were made on improvement of living environment and culture the awareness of environmental protection among citizens to keep balanced development, living quality and urbanization.All the social adjustment and restructure of economy should harmony with the bettering of city life.This will help the cultivation of love to the city and therefore promoting stable development both socially and economically.更多还原
