【Abstract】 The emergence of the network, provide the press editor a new way to obtain information. The editors are the receivers of the information on line as well as integrators and propagandist. As the network contain plenty of positive and negative information, the press editor should have a scientific and reasonable selection when they receiving and integrating the information in network.
