【摘要】 目的　观察孕尿碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)及其胎盘型同工酶 (PALP)随孕周的变化规律。方法　采用金氏法及EDTA抑制法监测孕妇尿液ALP及PALP变化。结果　 6 5例正常晚孕妇女尿液ALP、耐热ALP及ALP/Cr分别为 4 .10、0 .6 4和 6 .38,显著高于 6 0例非孕妇尿液 (分别为 0 .39、0 .0 0及 0 .4 6 ,P <0 .0 1) ;ALP、PALP、耐热ALP活力及其与肌酐比值与孕周为指数函数时相关性良好 ;当进入妊娠中期 (15周 )后 ,酶活性开始平稳上升 ,进入晚期 (30周后 ) ,酶活力突跃上升至 4 0周达高峰 ,4 1周急剧下降 ,产后恢复正常酶活性水平 ,这些变化主要由PALP的升降导致。结论　孕妇尿液中存在一种新的非孕尿液没有的胎盘型ALP ,它们随孕周的变化规律与血及羊水中ALP、PALP一致 ,可望用于胎盘功能的无创性监测更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on change’s regulation of ALP and PALP in urine of the pregnant women during various gestational peiods. Methods ALP and PALP in urine were measured by Kings and EDTA inhibition method in pregnancy. Results Normal late pregnant women(n=65) had singnificantly higher total ALP (4.1 Kings unit P <0.01),thermostable ALP (0.64 Kings unit, P <0.01) and ALP/creatine ration (6.38, P <0.01) than those in controls (n=60, ALP=0.39; thermostable ALP=0; ALP/Cr=0.46). The relation were good between ALP/Cr, PALP/Cr or thermostable ALP/Cr (y) and pregnant weeks(x) with exponential functions. The activity of ALP and PALP activity gradually increased after 15th weeks, rose suddenly after 30th weeks, the great peak at 40 weeks, however decreased sharply after 41th. Those changes were result from by PALP in urine. Conculusion Above results show there is a new PALP or like PALP in urine of pregnant not non pregnant women. Their change regulation is coincided with the ALP or PALP in serum and amniotic fluids. It may be possible that ALP and its isoenzyme(s) PALP activity in urine is an useful noninvasive marker for monitoring the placental function in the pregnancy.更多还原
