【摘要】 目的　研究胃癌前病变和幽门螺杆菌感染分布的关系。方法　检测内镜及病理确诊的胃癌前病变 4 39例中幽门螺杆菌感染分布情况。结果　 4 39例病人胃癌前病变与性别之间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。随着年龄的增长 ,CAG、IM、DYS病变显著增加 ,Hp感染率随病变类型的加重而明显上升 ,而且感染的部位逐步上移 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　Hp感染在胃癌前病变发展过程中可能起持续促进作用。常规Hp检测应包括胃窦部及胃体高位更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the distribution of helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection in gastric precancerous lesions.Methods 439 cases of gastric precancerous lesions are diagnosed by endoscopy and pathology.Helicobacter pylori is tested by the CLO test and Warthin Starry silver stain.Results There is no difference between sex and precancerous lesions( P >0 05).With the age rising, the pathological changes of CAG,IM,DYS yet increase( P <0 05).In the Aggravated pathological types, incidence rate of Hp infection obviously rises( P <0 05)and location of Hp infection in gastric mucosa transfers upwards( P <0 05).Conclusion Hp infection may continuously plays a part in development of precancerous lesions. Gastric antrum and the upper of stomach should be involved in the routine Hp test.更多还原
