【摘要】 尽管学术界普遍认为,现代工商企业代表了企业的发展方向,但即便在欧美等发达国家,家族企业仍是十分普遍的现象。我们认为,对家族企业缺陷的概括多存在以偏概全的问题,“一股独大”、决策失误、经理人员选择不当等问题在公众企业同样存在。目前的家族企业在企业规模扩大的过程中已经在有意识地突破传统的家族企业模式,使企业在保证家族控制的前提下更有效率。因此,问题并不在于要不要家族企业,而是如何使企业有效率。本文通过对家庭或家族的性质、企业效率决定等问题的分析,指出家族企业不仅是有效率的,而且将长期存在。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is true that academic communities commonly believe that a modern enterprise represents the develoment tre nd,but a family enterprise is a widespread phenomen on in western developed countries.A nd the summarization of family enterprises defect is one -sided.The problemof major shareholder encroaching on the interests of the minor sh areholders,decision failure,the i nappropriate choice of manager and so on exits similarly in the public business.At present,a family enterpr ise has breaking through consciously the traditional model during the period of scale extending in order to have a higher efficiency based on fam ily control.So the problem is not whether family enterprise shall be maintained,but how to make the enterprise more efficient.This paper points out a family enterp rise is efficient and it will exist ov er a long period of time by means of analyzing the meaning of family economy and enterprise efficiency d ecision,etc.更多还原
