【摘要】 我国国有企业资产负债率一直居高不下,这不仅使国有企业债务利息负担过重,企业扭亏增盈困难而且使贷款银行不良资产逐年上升,它严重威胁到银行的生存和发展,并有可能触发金融危机。本文通过对国有企业高比率债务融资现象的分析揭示问题产生的根源,从而为我国国有企业体制改革和资本市场的健康发展提供一些新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 High ratio debts of state-owned enterprises not only make the enterprises difficult to increase profit because of high burden of interest rates but also make annul banks’ bad capital increase, which threatens banks’ existence and development and probably results in financial crisis. After analysis of the causes of financing behavior under high ratio debts of state-owned enterprises, some suggestions are put forward for state-owned enterprises to reform system and develop healthily.更多还原
