【Abstract】 Urbanization and Ecocity are unavoidable phenomenon in 21st century.To make the urbanization process can develop in a sustainable,healthy and orderly way,and to make the functions of urban ecosystem optimized during the urbanization process,strategic environmental assessment (SEA) is necessary and important.It is also important for sustainable development with the guidance of the theory of urban compound eco-system.The viewpoint and method of urban compound eco-system for SEA was introduced.The urban ecological theory centered in sustainable development provides the basis for application of SEA in the course of urban development and SEA is an effective tool to ensure harmonious development of eco-environment and economy.更多还原
