循环热处理工艺对于双态复相γ-TiAl基合金室温拉伸性能的影响

【摘要】 采用循环热处理工艺,获得了复相双态γ-TiAl基合金。研究了循环热处理过程中的显微组织演化,测试了室温拉伸性能,对断口进行了分析。结果表明:经过循环热处理,可以获得晶粒尺度在20μm的均匀复相双态组织。室温拉伸塑性可达2.6%;随着循环次数的增加,材料的均匀性和等轴性有较大的改观,室温拉伸塑性、屈服强度和断裂强度也随之增加。

【Abstract】 A group of fine duplex microstructur eγ-TiAl alloy were obtained by circle h eat treatment (CHT).The evolvement of microstructure in the CHT was investigated,tensile tests at room temperature were carried out and the fracture surface was ob served by SEM.The result shown that a kind of uniform duplex mi crostructure with grain diameter ab out 20μm could be obtained by circle heat tre atment,the plasticity of this alloy reached 2.6%.With the i ncrease of the circle times,the uniformity and the spheroidicity of the material were improved,ac-companied with the increase of plasticity,yield strength and fracture s trength.
