【摘要】 用7#白油及兽用白油分别与乳化剂和ND尿囊液制备油乳剂灭活疫苗,疫苗检验合格后,免疫8周龄SPF鸡。免疫后每周检测血清中ND抗体滴度,并观察油苗的吸收情况。试验结果表明,与7#白油疫苗相比,兽用白油疫苗粘稠度稍低,但吸收速度快、抗体上升水平高,免疫效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 ND oil-emulsions were separetly prepared by using two kinds of oils (7#Oil and Animal-Mineral Oil).SPF chicks were inoculated with the two i nactived vaccines,and titers of ND-HI antibody and absorbtion of vaccine were detected every week.The experiment results showed that comparing with7#Oil ,Aimal-Mineral Oil has lower viscosity,more quickly ab-sorbtion speed and hi gher titers of ND-HI antibody level.Generally speaking Animal-Mineral Oil wa s better as immune adjuvant .更多还原
