【Abstract】 In developed countries there are many financing channels for small- and medium-sized enterprises, which mainly include the financing assisted by the government, loan supplied by commercial banks and direct financing from investment companies. These enterprises in China have a single financing structure. The government has taken a role in seeking financial support for the small- and medium-sized enterprises. It is urgent to foster small- and medium-sized financial institutions to help indirect financing.
