【摘要】 激光刻花技术是可以改善机械零件表面摩擦性能的一项新技术 ,与传统刻花加工方法相比 ,有其自身的优势。本文综述了激光刻花技术的国内外应用现状及该技术的发展前景 ,并结合我国具体情况 ,为该技术今后的发展提出了建议

【Abstract】 Laser texturing has some advanced advantages in improving the wear resistance and tribological propetry of the mechanical parts in industry. In this paper, the application status and prospect of laser texturing in industry was reviewed, and their basic technique characterization was compared with the main traditional texturing methods, such as shot blasting texturing, electro\|discharge texturing and electron beam Texturing. There should be a big market for laser texturing to get its application in industry if some key difficulties can be overcome. Finally, some suggestions about how to develop of laser texturing in China were presented.
