微叠层结构材料的研究现状
The Latest Research on the Microlaminated Structural Materials
【摘要】 本文论述了微叠层材料性能优越于单体材料的原因 :该材料的层间距较小 ,限制了位错的移动和缺陷的尺寸。微叠层材料制备方法有多种 ,磁控溅射是制备纳米级微叠层材料的有效方法。Hall Petch理论 ,Orowan变形理论 ,多微粒模型等是计算层间应力的较好的理论。本文也提出了目前有发展前途的几种微叠层材料 ,并认为制备纳米级微叠层材料、研究其断裂和脱层机理、增韧机理是该材料领域的重要研究方向
【Abstract】 The layer spacing is so small that the properties of the micro laminated material are superior to those of appropriate single material.The defects size and dislocation movement can be suppressed by a large number of interfaces.The Magnetron Sputtering System is a better way to prepare nano sized micro laminates.The Hall Petch theory、Orowan based deformation theory and the multi particle model(M\-4) are pertinent tools to calculate the interlaminar stresses.Some promising micro laminates are proposed.The fabrication、fracture mechanism、delaminating mechanism、toughing mechanism and nano sized micro laminates are important directions to the development of the material.
