高聚物复合材料动力学性能实验研究
Experimental Study of the Dynamic Properties of High Polymer Complex Material
【摘要】 橡胶类高聚物具有许多其它材料没有的高弹性、低弹性模量以及粘弹性等优越的动力学性能。随着防护工程建设的发展 ,这类材料的优越性能逐渐被工程界认识。本文用分离式Hopkinson压杆实验技术研究了四种由不同材料层合后与橡胶复合的高聚物复合材料在冲击荷载作用下的动力学性能 ,分析了其良好的吸能效果 ,实验中发现四种高聚物复合材料透射波幅值与入射波幅值的比值较低 ,表明其吸能率较高 ,尤以涤棉 /橡胶和尼龙 /橡胶两种复合材料吸能效果更明显
【Abstract】 Rubber high polymer has many dynamic features such as high electivity, low elastic modulus and visoelasticity, which are superior to the other materials. With the development of protective works, the advantages of such materials are accepted in the field of engineering. By using the experimental technology of Hopkinson pressure bar, the paper explores the dynamic features of four rubber complex materials composed of different admixtures when compact load exerted and analyses their better energy absorbing effect. In the experiments, the ratio of transmission amplitude to incident wave amplitude is found lower, which suggests a higher energy absorbing effect, esp. when polyester mixed cotton and nylon serve as energy absorbing material.
