Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3的制备及其介电性能研究
Synthesis and Dielectric Properties of Pb(Fe2/3W1/3)O3 Ceramics
【摘要】 本文采用半化学法 ,即硝酸铁代替传统氧化物混合法中的三氧化二铁与PbO和WO3 浆料混合 ,经 85 0℃ ,2h预烧 ,一步合成了钙钛矿单相的Pb(Fe2 3 W1 3 )O3 (PFW)预烧粉体 ;再经 870℃和 2h烧结 ,得到了纯钙钛矿相的PFW陶瓷 ,其理论密度大于 98% ,在 1kHz时的最大介电常数εmax为 80 0 0 ,高于二次合成法和传统氧化物法制备的PFW陶瓷 ,表明半化学法对制备PFW陶瓷是可行的
【Abstract】 A relaxor ferroelectric material,Pb(Fe 2/3 W 1/3 )O 3(PFW) with perovskite structure was prepared by Semichemical method in the present work.The PFW powder with>98% perovskite phase was prepared successfully by adding an aqueous Fe(NO 3) 3 solution rather than Fe 2O 3 to the alcoholic slurry of pbO and WO 3,followed by calcination at 850℃ in air for 2h.The PFW powder compact could be sintered to 98% of the theoretical density at 870℃ for 2h.The sintered PFW exhibited a maximal dielectric constant 7600 at 1kHz,which was higher than htat of PFW ceramics prepared by the known columbite or conventional oxide processes.
