【摘要】 本文利用萃取复型技术研究了硅钢中析出物的尺寸分布规律以及其体积分数测定的方法。设计了用来分析电镜照片并给出析出物尺寸分布直方图的WoodPecker程序 ,结果表明硅钢中析出物尺寸符合Weibull分布规律 ,McCall Boyd法测定析出物的体积分数是一种有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied the size distribution and the volume fraction of precipitates by extraction replica method in silicon steels.Photographs were examined with an analysis software program called Woodpecker for each specimen.Results indicate that the size distribution of precipitates accords with the Weibull distribution,and the volume fraction can be measured by McCall method effectively.更多还原
