晶界相和晶界对AlN陶瓷热导率的影响
Influence of Grain Edge Phase and Grain Edge on the Thermal Conductivity of AlN Ceramics
【摘要】 本文研究了掺杂CaO Y2 O3热压烧结和常压烧结AlN陶瓷的晶界相及其产生过程和除氧机制 ;分析了两种烧结工艺烧制的AlN陶瓷的晶界成份 ;测定了不同晶界相含量和晶界成份对应的AlN陶瓷的热导率
【Abstract】 AlN ceramics doped with CaO\|Y\-2O\-3 were sintered by the hot\|pressure and normal\|pressure methods.The grain edge phase and it’s production and the mechanism removing oxygen were studied in this paper,and the grain edge compositions of two kinds of AlN ceramics were analyzed.The thermal conductivity of AlN ceramics corresponding to different grain edge phase and grain edge composition were measured.
