【摘要】 本文研究了退火态 6 .5 %Si Fe热轧合金在不同温度下拉伸时的力学性能 ,并观察了拉伸断口形貌及退火态 6 .5 %Si Fe热轧合金的金相组织。结果表明 ,经 75 0℃保温 140min后 ,6 .5 %Si Fe热轧合金的层状组织消除 ;其断裂模式随拉伸温度的升高迅速由解理断裂向韧性断裂转变 ;在 2 0 0℃拉伸时 ,为纯解理断口 ,此时该合金即具有高达 2 6 %的延伸率 ;但是在 2 0 0℃ - 40 0℃温区 ,延伸率未随温度的升高而显著增大 ,其断口形貌为解理 +韧窝的混合断口 ;在 5 0 0℃拉伸时 ,为纯韧窝断口 ,其延伸率可达 43 %

【Abstract】 The tensile property of annealed 6.5% Si\|Fe hot\|rolled alloy has been investigated at different temperatures.The microstructure was examinated by optical microscope.Fracture surface of the tensiled specimen was examinated by SEM.It was found that the layer structure of the hot\|rolled alloy was eliminated after annealing at 750℃ for 140mins.And with the increasing of temperature,fracture mode varied significantly from cleavage fracture to ductile fracture.At 200℃,the fracture mode was cleavage,and the elongation of the alloy reached 26%.But as the temperatures ranged from 200℃ to 400℃,the elongation didn′t increase rapidly with the increasing of the temperature,and the fracture mode was the mixture of cleavage and dimple.At 500℃ the largest elongation reached 43%,and the fracture mode was complete dimple.
