低放稀土废渣功能材料降解污水有机物的效果研究
Investigation on disposal effect of functional materials with low radioac tive rare earth residue on degradation of organic substance in sewage
【摘要】 稀土工业生产中,常产生大量含有放射性的废渣,对环境造成了巨大影响,而目前降解污水中有机物的工艺流程较长、费用较高.为此研制了一种以低剂量放射性稀土废渣为主要原料,具有降解污水中有机物的功能材料生产方法,在水量不变的前提下通过改变材料数量、时间、流速等因素,对该材料在静态、动态下处理污水的性能进行了研究.结果表明:该功能材料在静态下处理污水6~8h或动态下处理污水6~8km,均可在无运行费用的前提下降解COD20%~40%,且成本及运行费用低、安全、无二次污染,既解决了固体放射性废渣堆放的危害,又解决了降解污水中有机物的问题,因此可对放射性物质综合利用及污水污染的综合治理产生积极的影响.
【Abstract】 Rare-earth industr y gives a great amount of radioactive waste residues which persistently increase pollution of the environment.On the other hand,the process of degrading the or ganic substance in sewage needs long disposal time and high cost.In this paper ,a new method of production to prepare functional materials for degradation of organic substance in sewage is developed,taking low emissive residues of rare e arth as the main resource.In case of constant quantity of water,the ability o f the prepared material for disposing the sewage un-der static and dynamic stat es are tested by changing such factors as material quantity,time and velocity of flow.It is shown that the COD value can be decreased from20%to40%witho ut the cost of operation after the func-tional material have disposed into the sewage for6~8hours under static state or6~8kilometers under dy-namic sta te.There are several advantages including remarkable effects,low cost,low op erational expense,high safety and non-secondary pollution by using the functi onal material in the pretreatment of organic sub-stance degradation of environ mental sewage.The research not only decreases the harm of solid radioactive res idue stacking,but also solves the question of organic substance in degraded se wage.Thus,it will exert a positive influence on the integrative utilization of radioactive substance and treatment of sewage pollution.
