磷酸盐—重铬酸钾体系中钛合金微等离子体表面陶瓷化

【摘要】 采用微等离子体氧化技术在钛合金表面原位生长一层陶瓷膜。在以磷酸盐体系为电解液的基础之上 ,为进一步提高膜层的抗腐蚀性能 ,尝试向电解液中添加重铬酸钾 ,对所得陶瓷膜与前者进行比较膜层的致密性增加 ;经 XPS分析 ,发现膜层中磷元素增加而且有少量的铬元素出现 ;经循环伏安测试 ,表明陶瓷膜的抗点腐蚀能力明显增强 ,并分析了重铬酸钾对所得陶瓷膜的影响作用。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the properties of corrosion resistance and wear resistance of Ti alloy, a layer of ceramic film grown on the surface of Ti alloy with micro plasma oxidation technology (MPOT) was studied Based on the electrolyte of phosphate, potassium dichromate was added into the solution of phosphate in order to enhance its property of anticorrosion When the thus produced film is compared with former one, the following results are found: First, it becomes more condensed Second, by analyzing both the films with XPS, it is found that the amount of phosphor increases and very small amount of Chromium appears Third, anti point corrosion property of it is greatly improved because of the addition of potassium dichromate So, the effect of potassium dichromate on the mechanism of micro plasma oxidation reaction is studied
