钛酸锆固溶体微波介电瓷的制备与性能
Preparation and Properties of Zirconium Titanate Microwave Dielectrics
【摘要】 用共沉淀的方法制备了一系列 Zrx Ti1 - x O4(0 .4≤ x≤ 0 .6 )纳米粉 ,XRD物相分析为 Zr Ti O4固溶体 ,TEM观察粒子粒径为 2 0~ 30 nm。通过制陶实验对该系列固溶体的烧结特性、形貌及介电性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,Ti O2含量影响固溶体的最佳烧结温度 ,在相同的烧结温度下 ,Ti O2 含量越高 ,瓷体的相对密度越低 ,晶粒越大。该材料有很好的频率、温度稳定性 ,其介电性能与组成和瓷体的相对密度有关。介电常数和品质因数随瓷体相对密度增大而增大。当材料的相对密度高于 90 %时 ,随着 Ti O2 含量增加 ,其介电常数增大 ,而品质因数降低
【Abstract】 A series of Zr xTi 1 x O 4 (0 4≤x≤0 6) nanometer powders were prepared by means of co precipitation XRD proved that the powders were of ZrTiO 4 solid solutions The average size of the powders was around 20~30 nm The relative densities, structures and dielectric properties of sintered bodies were also investigated The results indicated that the increase of TiO 2 content leads to larger gain size and higher optimum sintering temperature ZrTiO 4 ceramics have good stabilities to frequency and temperature The composition and the relative density affect the dielectric properties of sintered bodies As the relative densities increase, both the dielectric constants and the quality factors increase When the relative densities are greater than 90% theoretical, with the increase of TiO 2 content, the dielectric constant increase, while the quality factor decrease
