碳化硅纳米晶须的制备技术
Techniques for Preparation of Nanometer Silicon Carbide Whiskers
【摘要】 论述了碳化硅纳米晶须的反应机理和各种制备技术,指出用二元净炭质硅溶胶或树脂热解碳和SiO2微粉为原料,以连续式常规加热炉或间歇式双重加热炉为加热设备可实现碳化硅纳米晶须的规模化生产。
【Abstract】 Various techniques and the reaction mechanism for preparation of nanometer silicon carbidewhiskers are presented and reviewed-It is pointed out that the production of nanometer silicon carbide whiskers on a large scale can be achieved with binary carbonaceous silica aerogels or char and SiO2 as raw materials in a continuous conventional furnace or a intermittent double-heating furnace.
