SiCp/Al系统界面状况对复合材料机械性能的影响
Effect of State of Interface of SiCp/Al System on Properties of Composites
【摘要】 SiCp/Al复合材料的断裂韧性及抗弯强度等机械性能与SiCp/Al系统的界面状况密切相关。研究了二者之间的关系,指出:复合材料的机械性能受界面反应及界面处Si元素的富集两种作用综合的影响;界面反应的影响较大,是决定复合材料机械性能的主导因素,而Si元素富集则居次要地位,不起主导作用。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of SiCp/Al composites,KIC and ab,are closely related to the state of interface of the SiCp/Al system.The relation between them is studied in this paper,with the following conclusion drawn.The mechanical properties of composite are affected by interfacial reactions and segregation of Si element.The effect of segregation of Si element on mechanical properties is less significant than that of interfacial reactions and therefore does not play any major role.
