舰船用新型耐高温阻燃结构材料——聚邻苯二甲腈复合材料

【摘要】 综述了舰船用新型耐高温阻燃结构材料——聚邻苯二甲腈复合材料优异的加工性能、耐高温性能、力学性能、阻燃性能以及低的烟密度等性能,并与PMR-15(高温型聚酰亚胺)、普通和高性能环氧树脂进行了比较,指出聚邻苯二甲腈复合材料是目前唯一的在没有表面保护的情况下全面满足美国军用标准MIL-STD-2031要求的聚合物复合材料,聚邻苯二甲腈树脂的玻璃化转变温度高达450℃,在100kW/m~2热流下,玻璃纤维、碳纤维增强聚邻苯二甲腈的点燃时间和热释率分别为60s、106kW/m~2和75s、118kW/m~2。在潜艇和水面舰艇上具有广阔的应用前景。

【Abstract】 This paper reviews desirable processing properties,high-temperature resistant properties,mechanical properties,flame-resistant properties and low level of combustion-generated toxic gas of new high-temperature and flame resistant phthalonitrile-based composites for ships,and makes a comparation with PMR-15(high temperature polyimide) and both general and high performance epoxy resin.Phthalomtrile based composites are the only polymeric composits that meet MIL-STD-2031 without surface protection.Phthalonitrile resin has a glass transition temperature (TR) up to 450℃.The ignitabllity and heat release rate of phthalonitrile/glass and phthalonitrile/carbon is 60 sec,106kW/m2 and 75 sec,118kW/m2 tespectwely at a radiant heat flux of 100 kW/m2,These novel phthaloni-trile-based composites are very suitable for use in submarine and surface ship.
