【摘要】 综述了V2O5干凝胶（VXG）薄膜的结构组成特性,介绍了VXG薄膜的制备方法及其在电压开关、气体传感器、湿度传感器、智能窗和锂电池等领域的应用,指出了该研究存在的问题和发展前景。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of structure and composition of V2O5 xerogel thin films is summarized.Preparing methods of V2O5 xerogel thin films and their main uses in voltage switches,gas sensors,humidity sensors.smart windows and cathodes of lithium cell are introduced,and related problems and development directions are pointed out.
