玻璃鳞片含量对环氧类重防蚀涂层抗蚀性能的影响
Effect of Glass Flake Content on Corrosion Resistance of Epoxy-based Coatings
【摘要】 通过测试环氧类玻璃鳞片涂层的吸水率和腐蚀电化学参数 ,研究了鳞片含量对环氧类重防蚀涂层抗渗透性能的影响。研究结果表明 :当玻璃鳞片质量分数小于 3 0 % ,涂层的抗渗透性能随鳞片含量的增加而增强 ;当玻璃鳞片质量分数为 3 0 %时 ,涂层的抗渗透性能最强 ;当玻璃鳞片质量分数超过 3 5%时 ,涂层的抗渗透性能随鳞片含量的增加而降低。
【Abstract】 The influence of glass flake content on corrosion resistance of epoxy-based heavy-organic coatings was investigated by measuring water absorption rate and corrosion electrochemical parameter of coatings. The results showed that water impermeability of coatings was increased with the increasing of flakes content while flakes content was below 30%, then reduced while the content was above 35%. Best corrosion resistance of coating was observed with 30% flakes content.
