新型轻质镍基壳层微球材料的制备
Preparation of Novel Light Microspheres Coated with Nickel
【摘要】 研究了在天然花粉微粒的表面进行化学沉积镍层的制备工艺 ,采用正交设计法优化了镀液配方 ,并确定了最佳工艺条件。结果表明 ,在花粉粒的表面已镀覆上了一层镍 ,镀层均匀致密 ,这种核壳结构产物可作为金属镍粉的轻质替代材料
【Abstract】 Electroless nickel plating on natural pollen particles was originally studied using hydrazine as reducing agent. The optimal process was selected by orthogonal tests. Results of XRD and SEM showed that the pollen particles were coated with an uniform nickel film about 5 μm thick. The product of core-shell structure was expected as light substitute of metallic nickel powders.
