【摘要】 中国证券市场虽经 1 1年发展 ,但仍有许多根本问题没有得到解决 ,而这些根本问题又是中国证券市场进一步发展的前提。本文就证券市场基本功能定位、信息披露、市盈率等问题提出一些见解。
【Abstract】 Security market in China has experienced 11 years of development,however,there are still some major problems need to be resolved so as to further develop the security market.The paper talks about function of security market,information revelation and oteher issues.
