【Abstract】 Pointed bud of green rhizomes was adopted as explants and cultured on Ms medium supplemented with different combinations of plant growth regulators.The best results of callus induction were achieved on Ms enriched with BA1.0mg /L.The best results of shoot speed reproduction were achieved on Ms enriched with BA2.0mg /L and IBA0.5mg /L.Optimum rnedia of growth roots were Ms+NAA0.1mg /L.更多还原
