【Abstract】 The causes of similar rib rot were arrayed by cut paraffin section photomicrography. The results demonstrated that tomato similar rib rot was a kind of physiological disturbance, which was caused by low tem- perature. Under low temperature, the epidermal cells of tomato fruit fell,the cuticle layer thinned. Flattening en- dotrophic cells caused the brown and coarse surface of fruit. The fruits in different maturity had different resis- tance to chill and had different symptoms.更多还原
