苗期标记技术对辣椒纯度鉴定的影响
The Purity Identification of Hot Pepper by Mark Technology in Seedling Stage
【摘要】 应用苗期叶色标记技术和田间种植鉴定法对25个样品进行了纯度鉴定。检测结果表明,苗期叶色标记技术和田间种植鉴定法纯度鉴定结果十分接近,呈显著相关,相关系数达0.9556。
【Abstract】 The identification of the hot pepper purity of inbred and hybrid using leaf color mark tech nology in seedling stage and plant test was studied.It indicated that two test results had obvious cor-rela tion,and correlation coefficient is0.9556.So leaf color mark technology in seedling stage can be re garded as the reliable method of hot pepper purity test.
