制漆(涂料)工业废水的综合治理实践
Comprehensive treatment of waste water from paint(coating material)industry
【摘要】 制漆 (涂料 )工业废水具有成分复杂、CODcr等有机物浓度高、可生化性差、水量少且变化大的特点 ,废水末端治理投资大、技术不成熟。某中型制漆 (涂料 )企业 ,通过实施积极的污染物产生源头控制措施 ,极大削减了废水排放量 ;末端治理采用物化 +生化工艺 ,对高浓度树脂水强化预处理过程 ,利用生活污水和特殊营养物对工业废水进行调配 ,提高了综合废水的可生化性 ,使最终出水稳定达标排放
【Abstract】 Waste water from paint industry has such features as,complex component,high density of organic substance like COD cr ,difficult biochemical treatment,small quantity of water but easy change. Nowadays, the end treatment needs substantial investment,and the technology for it is imperfect.The paper mainly introduces a paint plant,by taking effective measures,reduced the waste water volume,raised the biochemical degree of waste water,making the waste water reach standard for release.
