重烷基苯磺酸盐驱油剂中试产品的应用性能
Application of industrial-scale product of heavy alkyl-benzene sulfonate(HABS)as surfactant
【摘要】 在1000t/a降膜式连续磺化装置上对重烷基苯的磺化进行了中试放大,结果表明中试产品质量可靠。经复配的驱油剂中试产品能在较宽的表面活性剂浓度和碱浓度范围内与大庆原油、辽河原油及苏北原油形成超低界面张力,尤其能溶于总矿化度12×104mg/L、钙镁离子质量浓度为5000mg/L~6000mg/L的中原油田地层水中,在无碱条件下使中原油田原油/地层水的界面张力降至10-2mN/m~10-3mN/m数量级。对大庆原油和苏北原油的驱油试验表明,中试驱油剂ASP(碱-表面活性剂-聚合物)体系的驱油效率比水驱提高15%~35%OOIP(原油地层储量)。
【Abstract】 The industrial-scale production tests of heavy alkyl-benzene sulfonate(HABS)as surfactant for EOR were carried out with 1 000 t/a film-sulfonator.Both stable technology and high quality of products were obtained.Applying to the crude oil/reservoir water systems of Daqing,Liaohe and Northern Jiangsu oilfields,the interfacial tension can be reduced to as low as 10-3 mN/m magnitude.Especially the formulated product was soluble in Zhongyuan oilfield reservoir water with a total electrolyte concentration of 120 000 mg/L and a calcium/magnesium concentration of 5 000 mg/L~6 000 mg/L and the crude oil/water interfacial tension can be reduced to 10-2 mN/m~10-3 mN/m in the absence of alkaline additives.The ASP flooding tests to Daqing and Northern Jiangsu oils showed that the oil recovery can be enhanced 15 % ~35 % on the bases of water flooding.
