【摘要】 在制糖用消泡剂 (蔗糖脂肪酸酯 )的试制中 ,采用了无溶剂油脂酯交换一步法合成路线 ,得到了表面活性较好的产物 ,通过改变糖油投料比改变了产物的HLB值 ;建立了消泡力的测定方法 ;对不同HLB值消泡剂的消泡力进行了测定和分析比较 ,得出该类消泡剂适宜的HLB值一般在 3～ 4 5之间更多还原

【Abstract】 A series of defoamer(cane sugar fatty acid ester)for sugar industry was prepared.The products with different HLB value were obtained by changing sugar and oil ratio.The determination method of defoaming power was built.The defoaming powers of different HLB value defoamers were determined and compared.The suitable HLB value of this kind of defoamers is between 3～4 5.更多还原
